In groups of 3, you'll map where local democratic participation is weakest, then design a civic-participation tool from an everyday object. This sprint is about process — how people get heard — not any policy position. Facilitators keep the space non-partisan throughout.

What you'll do: recap → local participation mapping → build → live pitch.
