This two-hour workshop explores the necessity of self-care, in an industry where it’s often dismissed as a luxury. Together, we will work on wellbeing strategies, with an emphasis on identifying and overcoming barriers specific to the performing arts.

She is passionate about seeing people flourish and, as an experienced graphic designer, has a particular soft spot for those who work in the creative arts sector. She lives out her purpose in empowering people, communities and organisations to become their better future selves.
