Stay emotionally resilient in the performing arts.
This two-hour workshop explores the necessity of self-care, in an industry where it’s often dismissed as a luxury. Together, we will work on wellbeing strategies, with an emphasis on identifying and overcoming barriers specific to the performing arts.
Facilitated by Glenda Chi
Glenda is a consultant, strategist and coach who helps to create supportive workplaces. She is passionate about seeing people flourish and, as an experienced graphic designer, has a particular soft spot for those who work in the
creative arts sector. She lives out her purpose in empowering people, communities and organisations to
become their better future selves.
