Creative Sushi Making

Join experienced sushi chef Tik Pearse for this one hour small group workshop to be held at Sushi Plus Terranora. Tik will take you through the basics of rice cooking & seasoning, ingredient selection & preparation, and hand-roll technique. Learn to make great looking maki rolls and express yourself with some creative sushi ideas for the kids. All ingredients and equipment are provided, and the best part is you get to eat everything you create! We encourage children to come along but please ask that children under the age of 16 be accompanied by an adult.
