Event description

Bali, but not as you know it.

Anne from Inner West Yoga and Jules from Flow and Flourish are collaborating to host the type of retreat we would want to sign up for. An opt-in programme of creative workshops, yoga classes, facilitated coaching circles, downtime for reading, reflection, swimming, snorkelling and connection.

Anne and Jules are highly experienced yoga practitioners, teachers, coaches and facilitators. This retreat is designed to offer you an opportunity for spaciousness - to reflect on where you are now and where you're headed, while refreshing body, mind and spirit in a true oasis, away from regular routines. Daily offerings include breath-led yoga practices, workshops designed to inspire creativity, nourishing meals, massage and spa treatments, time to play and time to sleep on a daybed in lush gardens outside your private bungalow or guest house.

Why we choose Gaia Oasis

Gaia Oasis is a very special place, located near Tejakula on the northern tip of Bali. "Teja" means "light" and "Kula" means "people". Unlike many busy Balinese tourist destinations, the soundscape at Gaia is that of birdsong and traditional village life. ‘Abasan’ – where we'll be staying – is nestled in the mountains, immersed in an oasis of gardens and fruit trees with less humidity than beachside resorts. We’ve booked all 10 rooms of this small resort and we'll be made to feel part of a team that will know our names and is dedicated to creating a truly peaceful environment. The resort is a 'Yayasan', a non-profit organisation that creates initiatives to improve and support cultural, environmental, educational, social and spiritual life in and around Tejakula.
