Come, Move, Reflect, Create & Reset

Join Ana-Flavia, founder of Kumali Creative Wellness, for a nurturing Creative Women’s Circle on August 24th at The Nest, a boutique yoga studio in Avoca Beach.

This intimate, 2-hour journey offers a mindful pause for you to connect with your body, mind, and soul while embracing the current phases of your life in a supportive circle of women.

We will begin with a grounding meditation, gentle yoga, and pranayama to center ourselves and regulate our energies. Through reflective journaling, you’ll set an intention and create a personal mantra, leading into a meditative creative process where we’ll turn insights into meaningful, artistic expressions. All yoga and art materials will be provided, and the space will be held for sharing your experience with others.

This is your time to reconnect, reflect, and create in a serene and welcoming atmosphere.

These creative circles will run monthly, nestled in a serene natural setting. They combine yoga, art therapy, meditation, sharing circles, and somatic experiences. They provide women with a tranquil sanctuary to reconnect with their souls, nurture their bodies, and unleash their creativity.
