Move, Reset Create & Reset

Join Ana-Flavia, founder of Kumali Creative Wellness, for a nurturing Creative Women’s Circle on Saturday, 21st September, at The Nest—a boutique yoga studio nestled among the trees in Avoca Beach.

A combination of yoga, art therapy, meditation, sharing circles, and somatic experiences.

This intimate 2-hour journey offers women a tranquil space to reconnect with their souls, nurture their bodies, and embrace the current phases of life, all within a supportive circle that encourages creativity and mindfulness.
