Join this 5 week circular woodworking course with The ReCreators. This is a great opportunity to improve your woodworking and power tool skills while making functional and beautiful crafted wood items. You will learn how to use a jigsaw, drill, sanders and other hand tools.
In this course you will create a:
Week 1: Chopping Board
Week 2: Mini Table
Week 3: Planter Box
Week 4: Creative Artwork
Week 5: Foot Stool
There will be a health and safety briefing at the start of the workshop to inform participants of safety precautions before we begin using tools. All participants must wear old clothes, covered shoes and non-flowing clothing (tight-ish!). Some work may be outdoors, please wear a sun hat and sunscreen if outdoors.
* Please note children are not able to attend with guardians due to health and safety requirements.
* Please note that you need to arrive at this workshop for the beginning of class and the health and safety briefing to be able to take part in the rest of the class.
When: Fridays 21 July to 18 August 11 am - 2 pm.
