Course description

In this one-day course you will learn to facilitate workshops, brainstorms and any meeting that requires participants to generate ideas and or think strategically. You will be armed with templates, processes and a creative tool kit that you can use to design, facilitate and lead creative workshops. You will also create your own facilitation style so your workshops will be engaging, fun, dynamic and highly effective.

You will be taught how to design and plan a dynamic, impactful and kickarse workshop that has your participants staying engaged and energised from start to finish. More importantly, your workshops will hit your objectives every time.You will gain confidence as a workshop facilitator knowing how to lead brainstorms and how to inspire and extract great ideas out of a group.

As well as facilitation skills, you will be armed with creative thinking techniques to get your participants generating innovative and game-changing ideas for any business challenge.
