Join us for Creative Self-Care, low-cost workshops designed to help you explore creative techniques that support relaxation, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing.
Led by Alana Stewart, a registered art therapist (ANZACATA), certified forest therapy guide (INFTA), and clinical PACFA member, these session offers a blend of art therapy and nature-based practices, for anyone seeking a moment of calm and creative rejuvenation.
In these workshops, we will:
- Engage in guided art processes aimed to promote emotional regulation
- Explore simple nature-based exercises aimed to promote relaxation and support wellbeing
This is a welcoming, no-pressure session suitable for people of all creative levels, whether you're new to using art materials or experienced. Take this opportunity to unwind, connect with your inner self, and leave feeling more centered.

- Please ensure you are in a private and comfortable place
Materials Likely Needed:
(Alana will email you exact items needed closer to event)
- 3 sheets of A4 paper
- Coloured oil pastels OR Coloured pencils OR coloured felt tip markers (textas)
- Pen or greyled pencil
- Sometimes required - a found nature item such as a branch, leaves, seed pod etc (preferrably fallen or picked from your own garden)
