Creative Wellness

Creative Wellness is for people to come together in a safe, non judgmental space for connection and expression through art making

This session we will talk about how creating art can help with difficult emotions and/or situations and how practicing gratitude can help

We will be using different paints for this session such as acrylic paints, watercolour and gouache

**This is a non-judgmental space and No artistic skill is required **

Healthy snacks and non-alcoholic drinks as well as tea and coffee will be provided
