These small-group sessions offer a calm and supportive space to:

No artistic experience is needed — this is about process, not perfection.

Each session may include:

(e.g. journal/sketchbook, coloured pencils, textas, collage materials, pastels etc.)

📍 Diverse-City Gouger St Adelaide
🕒 2 hour weekly sessions
💛 Cost: $15 per session

Participants are welcome to attend casually or join the full 6-week journey for greater reflection and continuity.

Bookings essential as space limited to 10 people. Session may be cancelled if min nos. not met.

Suitable for ages 18+.
