Community Creativity Sharing
Event description
What is it?
This is a local opportunity to network and explore creativity and creative practices with like-minded others. It's an event to consider and celebrate creativity in many forms—across teaching, problem-solving, the arts, digital technologies, and everyday thinking. It's an opportunity to gain new perspectives about what creativity is, to connect with and learn from creative practitioners, and to get to know some of the hidden interests and creative talents in ourselves and our community.
Who's it for?
All forms of creative involvement are welcome.
For instance, we welcome...
- avid admirers of creative arts and/or creative thinking; those interested in the creative outputs and processes of others
- emerging and practising creators (e.g. writers, artists, mathematicians, etc) of all levels, including those who have a particular interest but haven't started yet
- hobbyists and professional creators looking to expand your network and/or skills
- teachers and other educators in any discipline with an interest in creativity
