For those curious about playing in the realms of unlimited potential to be able to PLAY, CREATE, HEAL, DEEPLY RELAX and REPROGAM.

At the end of a long week, lie down and be taken on a deeply nourishing visualisation journey followed by chai & chats.

Facilitated by Bonnie, you will experience a guided meditation to beautiful emotive music, a journey where there are no limitations, rules or boundaries. Where childlike creativity is encouraged. Where you face and let go of limiting beliefs or stories holding you back, to then uncover your highest potential and truest self, dreaming in and consciously creating a new reality.

The journey is designed to be an integrated experience where you really feel emotional shifts in your body which correspond with visualisations of positive change. Tapping into your subconscious and rewiring your neural pathways for expansion. It could be said that the only thing blocking you from your highest potential is yourself.

Review: I did my first dream meditation with Bonnie over zoom and it was such a profound and powerful experience. I am normally someone who can struggle with visualisation and get stuck in my head, but found the safe space Bonnie created and the way she beautifully guided it, allowed me to get fully immersed in the experience and have an incredible experience. A lot of emotions resurfaced and released that I had most likely be supressing around missing my family but feeling there love. Also felt powerful shifts around stepping into my power.
Thanks for the beautiful experience Bonnie and the space you created. You are an incredible facilitator and I hope a lot more people get to experience this

Review: Bonnie takes you on a journey beyond your subconscious, to a realm of infinite possibility, where time and space doesn’t exist. Taking us out of the constraints of linearity, or separateness. Holding space for what exists within us, and around us to guide us into flow, play and emotion. Reminding us of the vastness and bottomlessness of the human experience.

Bonnies approach is playful, thought provoking, and tender. Providing a space to feel safe, as you un peel the layers of your being, and guiding you back to an ever changing dimension of self and perspective.
