At the end of a long week, lie down and be taken on a deeply nourishing visualisation journey followed by chai & chats.

Facilitated by Bonnie, you will experience a guided meditation to beautiful emotive music, a journey where there are no limitations, rules or boundaries. Where childlike creativity is encouraged. Where you face and let go of limiting beliefs or stories holding you back, to then uncover your highest potential and truest self, dreaming in and consciously creating a new reality.

The journey is designed to be an integrated experience where you really feel emotional shifts in your body which correspond with visualisations of positive change. Tapping into your subconscious and rewiring your neural pathways for expansion. It could be said that the only thing blocking you from your highest potential is yourself.
