An afternoon of music, motives, mindset and meaning

Live piano, revealing stories and fresh perspectives on leadership, learning and what makes a fulfilling life

In the first live, in-person edition of Crescendo Conversations, we explore the choices, relationships and turning points behind a professional life.

Expect fascinating forensic insights, candid personal stories and piano arrangements performed live, with room for your questions. Along the way, consider your own story: what has shaped you, what you value, and what you want to make room for next.

Your host is Dr Zen Zeng, TEDx speaker, facilitator, concert pianist and Amazon No. 1 bestselling author of Crescendo: A High-Achiever’s Journey from Perfection to Freedom.

Joining her is Martin Dougall, Senior Global Forensic Partner, Executive Coach and fellow Amazon No. 1 bestselling author of The Forensic Consultant.

Martin shares the stories behind his musical selections, alongside insights into motives, judgement and human behaviour from his forensic career. Zen brings selected pieces to life through her own piano arrangements.

Whether you follow Crescendo Conversations or are discovering it for the first time, you’re warmly welcome.

Enjoy light afternoon refreshments and time to meet others who value an intentional and fulfilling life. You will be in good company.
