Please join us on Tuesday morning, September 23rd, from 8:30 – 9:30 am at The Windsor, a recently completely multi-family community developed by Caliber Company located at 63rd and University in Windsor Heights. Meighan Phillips, CEO of Caliber, will be hosting us and will discuss Disposition.

Real estate disposition is generally considered the last phase of the development process.  There are a number of considerations when deciding when is the right time to sell an asset, such as market conditions, property condition, performance, marketing strategy, and effective negotiation, to name a few.
