Kettlestone Central is a thoughtfully designed 164-acre master-planned mixed-use community located at the prominent intersection of Grand Prairie Parkway and Westown Parkway. Envisioned as a vibrant town center destination, Kettlestone Central will bring together residential living, walkable retail, dining, entertainment, and community gathering spaces. Upon completion, the development will include nearly 1,200 residential units, creating a built-in community of more than 2,000 residents and establishing one of the region’s premier live-work-play environments. As part of the tour, attendees will have the opportunity to view both completed spaces and active tenant buildouts, providing a firsthand look at the community’s vision coming to life and the continued growth and investment taking place throughout the development.
