Cricut Classes on Tuesday

Got a Cricut machine gathering dust?
Did you have all the intentions but don't quite feel confident knowing how to use it?

Bring your machine along and learn how to use the different features and settings - problem solve common issues and plenty of helpful tips, tricks and hacks.

You can attend each of the 4 weeks, or come as a casual for some of sessions

This is the perfect class to ask questions, try out different ways to use your machine and super charge your crafting confidence.

Week one: setting up your machine, connecting  design space software on your tablet or laptop, getting started!

Week two: getting started with card making - learn how to cut shapes onto paper

week three: cutting vinyl to make your own stickers - learn how to cut the shapes and use transfer tapes to apply your sticker to an object

week four: cutting vinyl and heat transferring onto fabric - learn how to cut and apply vinyl to fabric and use a heat press

These sessions will be a make and play style class where you can work at your own pace and ask all the questions.
The tasks each week will be super simple to allow you to master the basics but there will be materials to play and experiment with if you want to!


Please bring:

- your cricut machine and power cord 

- a green or blue mat and tools 

- A laptop or tablet - ideally have the design space app downloaded before class but we can help with this if you need it. 

- A sense of adventure and humour. Learning a new machine is lots of fun but it's often not a straight road so expect some unexpected moments along the way!
