CRIPTONITE

Welcome to the Glimmerverse

Criptonite the Show takes place in the Glimmerverse, a sparkling galaxy built from the things we adored as children, things that never left us. Our early obsessions never faded, they evolved. Fantasies that were once our escape have grown into artistry. Under the light of the sparkling crescent moon, the stage becomes a space station. Things that once existed only in our imaginations have come to life in embodied performance. The Glimmerverse refuses the idea that adulthood requires the abandonment of wonder.

Created by international pole artist Deb Roach, Criptonite is a bold circus cabaret blending pole, aerial, comedy, live music, drag and high skill performance into one unforgettable night. Gravity bends. Stories shimmer. The energy is electric. Sensual, cheeky and powerful, this is spectacle with heart.

Step through the portal and into a glitter drenched galaxy of grown up imagination. It thrills, dazzles and leaves you smiling brighter than when you arrived.

Criptonite is a lived experience of disability show. The entire cast has lived experience of disability.
