Nikki Browne brings 28 years of Army experience - 24 of them in leadership - into the room, and what she's really known for is her ability to read people, stay calm under pressure, and help others find clarity when things get complex. Her Intelligence career took her through leadership and training roles across the Northern Territory and Western Australia, with deployments to the Solomon Islands, Bougainville, East Timor, and Iraq, earning multiple commendations along the way.

These days, Nikki channels that same steadiness and insight into facilitation and coaching. She holds a Master of Justice (Intelligence), is a Certified Thought Code Consultant, and has spent the past four years with A.R.T Your Life leading workplace investigations, co-designing workplace development programs, and facilitating the organisation's signature workshops - helping people build the self-awareness and confidence to lead themselves well, in any environment.
