Cross-Cultural parenting Workshop in Dunedin

This workshop will help you navigate the challenges of parenting in New Zealand when you come from a different cultural background . It will also help you enjoy your parenting journey more while creating good conditions for your children to contribute and thrive.

The topics covered in the workshop are:

  • Ethnic family – culture and parenting
  • New Zealand context of parenting
  • New Zealand laws related to children.
  • Children’s rights
  • Children’s needs and development goals
  • Positive parenting principles
  • Tools and tips for positive parenting
