Join me for the seventh part of our chakra workshop series, where we’ll awaken and harmonise the energy of the Crown Chakra through Tea, Journal Prompts, Yoga, Breathwork, and Sound Healing. This session includes an intuitively selected Crown Chakra crystal gift and tea to support your journey.

The Crown Chakra, or Sahasrara in Sanskrit, is the gateway to universal connection, divine consciousness, and spiritual enlightenment, whatever that may mean to you. It is located at the crown of the head and governs our sense of oneness with the universe, wisdom, and connection to the higher self. Physically, it influences the brain, nervous system, and pineal gland. If you’ve been feeling disconnected, uninspired, or yearning for deeper connection to source, the world or even just yourself, this workshop is for you!

In this sacred Sunday afternoon gathering, we’ll start with grounding journal prompts to reflect on your connection to self and the greater universe.

Next, we’ll flow through practices designed to activate and balance the Crown Chakra. Together, we’ll move through a meditation and a gentle yoga sequence all focused on creating openness and deepening your connection to higher consciousness.

We’ll end with a sound and energy healing session, channeled to open the Crown Chakra, bringing clarity, serenity, and alignment to your spirit body and energy.

🌟 Suhaniya (she/her) is a Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer trained in a wide array of yoga styles and holistic practices. Her teaching journey began in 2019 with her first teacher training , in Rishikesh, India, where Yoga originated from. As a South Asian woman, Suhaniya has a deep reverence for the roots of yoga, and its profound philosophical underpinnings enrich her teachings.

She is also dedicated to making yoga accessible to all, emphasising modifications and individualised guidance to ensure every student feels supported on their unique yoga journey.

Suhaniya is fascinated by the power of Sound to soothe the body and help individuals enter a meditative state, which she does through her individual and group sound healing sessions.
