Designed to support you along this path from November until December, where you can have the opportunity to deepen your experiences even more each time you participate, as you will receive meditation tools to master the self & by pass the agitated mind, letting the voice of your intuition guide your way.

Most of us have energetic blocks and imbalances as well as energy-sabotaging habits that prevent us from accessing our full vitality, which leads us to feel exhausted, scattered, dull… even ill.

The seventh chakra is at the top of the head or slightly above the head. It sits like a crown, radiating upwards, hence its name.

The Crown chakra is primarily associated to the pituitary gland, and secondarily to the pineal and the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus and pituitary gland work in pair to regulate the endocrine system. Because of its location, the crown chakra is closely associated with the brain and the whole nervous system.

Going back to our own Sacredness is not something religious or spiritual. It is not a quality we need to learn or to develop. It belongs to the primary nature of all that is.When our ancestors knew that everything they could see was sacred.It was as natural as sunlight, as necessary as breathing. We all have within us a sense of the sacred, a sense of reverence, however we may articulate it. It is a part of our human DNA. We each need to find this key within us. If we recognize the sacred and embrace it within all of life, we will find that life will speak to us as it spoke to our ancestors. It will remind us of how to live in harmony with creation, and how to restore the balance that is intrinsic to life.

When we create space in our lives to consciously close down the eyes, breathe in deeply and surrender to the Sound Current our nervous system shift and positively stimulates into balance our highly important endocrine system (such as pineal, pituitary glands, thyroid, parathyroid glands and adrenal glands ).
