Weekly Mat Pilates for Seniors & Active Adults — Crows Nest

Join us every Friday for a welcoming Mat Pilates class designed especially for seniors and active adults at Crows Nest Community Centre.

Led by Yan, a Merrithew Stott Pilates trained professional with a focus on senior wellness, each 50-minute session introduces the six core principles of Pilates and lateral breathing techniques. You'll build core strength, improve balance and posture, and move through daily life with greater ease, all in a relaxed, supportive group setting.

No experience necessary. Whether it's your first time trying Pilates or you're building a regular gentle movement habit, you're welcome to join us at your own pace.
