Event description
Talk to a planner about the Crows Nest Transport Oriented Development (TOD) rezoning proposal.
You are invited to join the department to discuss the draft Crows Nest TOD rezoning proposal now on exhibition. We are hosting community in-person sessions at
Northside Conference Centre (Urban Garden Room) Corner Oxley St & Pole Ln, Crows Nest on Thursday 1 August 2024, 4pm - 7pm and Tuesday 6 August 2024, 4 - 7pm. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the proposal with planners in one of three sessions.Â
Session times:Â
- 4pm - 4.45pmÂ
- 5pm - 5.45pmÂ
- 6pm - 6.45pm
Each 45 minute session will give you the opportunity to discuss the proposal with our planners and ask your questions.Â
Alternatively, you can join our online information session.
The rezoning proposal builds on the vision of the existing St Leonards and Crows Nest 2036 Plan, to create more well-located homes close to transport and other amenities, work, shops and for leisure.
Key features of the draft rezoning proposal are outlined on the Crows Nest precincts page.
View the proposal and supporting documents and make a submission online on the NSW Planning Portal.
