Mechanical Motion

In this hands-on workshop, children will have the opportunity to build their very own mechanical motion toy using cardboard and wooden camshafts, axels, and push rods.

During the workshop, children will learn about the fundamentals of mechanical motion and how to use components to create movement. They will then apply this knowledge to bring a cardboard animal or scene to life.

After creating their mechanical motion toy, children will have the chance to decorate their scene, personalizing it to their own unique style.

At the end of the workshop, each child will take their creation home with them, along with a newfound appreciation for the principles of mechanical motion. This workshop is perfect for kids who love to tinker, build, and explore the world around them!
