Crystal Bowls in the Berowra Bush
Event description
Come along on Sunday 16th November, at 9.00am when the air is fresh, to join in circle together and connect with the beautiful Berowra bushland through qigong movement and sound healing. Feel more grounded, relaxed and connected.
Enjoy a present focused meditative walk to the spot which is surrounded by the beautiful Red Gums; then connect with the earth, the trees, the rocks and nature all around, through the breath and a short Qigong and meditation session; then lie down and receive the purifying and grounding sound of the Crystal Bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drum and chimes, as you align to the powerful energy of Mother Earth.
We are blessed to be joined by the beautiful Fiona Mackillop who will guide us in a short Qigong and meditation session!
