Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath, Mt Evelyn

Rest & Connect · Receive & Centre · Reset & Come Home

There comes a point where constantly giving to everyone else begins to catch up with you…

The busy mind.
The emotional exhaustion.
The feeling of carrying so much while quietly running on empty.

And somewhere beneath it all…
a softer voice calling you back to yourself.

Back to stillness.
Back to connection.
Back to balance.

A Crystal Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where you "bathe" in the resonant sound frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls. As the acoustic vibrations wash over you, sense and feel your body as it drops into a deeply relaxed state, stress melt away, and a feeling of peace and calm soften your nervous system.

Testimonial: "I was amazed how the sound bowls cleared my busy mind and I went into a deep place fast. I felt like I was gone for days and came back feeling peaceful and refreshed. I've not experienced this before. Thank you." Lisa

This is a nourishing experience created for the givers, the carers, the nurturers, and the ones who hold space for everyone else.

A warm and welcoming sanctuary where you are invited to finally exhale… to soften your nervous system, refill your cup, and allow yourself to receive. As we arrive into the cooler months in Melbourne, we gather indoors in a beautiful cosy space intentionally chosen for its warmth, comfort, and deep restoration.

This is more than just an event.
It is a sacred pause from the noise of life.

Through guided meditation, crystal sound bowl healing, grounding practices, breath, intention setting, and soulful connection, this is your invitation to -

Together, we create heart-led experiences that weave together sound healing, grounding practices, energy work, nature connection, and soulful presence. Our approach goes deeper - helping you shift from your head into your heart with real support & guidance.

Our intention is simple:
To create a safe and nurturing space where you can soften, reconnect, restore your energy, and remember the wisdom already within you.

We know what it’s like to feel run ragged, exhausted, or constantly giving without time to refill your own energy. That’s why we create cacao ceremonies - a sacred space to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself. your inner guidance, and the deeper currents of your spirit.

Through ceremonial cacao, sound healing, intentional breath, energy practices and becoming present, we hold you in a connective, nurturing space so you can fully let go, restore your energy, and feel grounded and alive.

AnSaRA through Breakthrough Coaching and Chakra Energy Healing, she supports participants in reconnecting with their life force, embracing the present moment to experience inner stillness.

SAnaMEA a Holistic Health Coach and Energy Healer, who loves helping others create a fulfilling life. With a strong focus on self-care and self-love, she draws deep healing from the outdoors, embracing nature as powerful medicine.

Together, we hold sacred space for you to fully surrender, recharge, and remember your inner strength. We are the weavers of ceremony, astrology, nature, and energy healing techniques, guiding transformative experiences that leave you grounded, renewed, and aligned.

You spend so much time caring for others.
This is your invitation to receive.

Come as you are… and allow yourself to be deeply held.

SAnaMEA to left, AnSaRA, centre and RA to the right. RA will be running this event with AnSaRA, bringing his intuitive gifts and healing presence to help hold the space and support deeper clearing, alignment and transformation.
