Join us, Elisha Xantaya & Sophie Cook, on this gorgeous Winter evening, in a warm cosy space, as we journey through crystal calibrations, song and sound medicine…

We all have potent gifts, exchanged in the simplicity of our presence… and so this is a collaboration of joy, to weave Sound & Song Medicine, playful harmonics, deep crystal visioning, and Women’s magick. For deep connection, cellular healing and the remembering of our divine, powerful, playful, creative hearts.

The evening flows through 3 segments:

- A Crystal Spiral guided by Sophie, that we’ll each have an opportunity to walk, with intentional focus on the dream of your life, with music by Elisha. 

- Then, we’ll have some fun with vocal harmonics, playful & powerful… a simple ‘Hummingbird’ vocal exercise guided by Elisha. 

- And Finally, you’re invited to relax and receive a Sonic Dreamweaving medicine journey by Elisha & Sophie, of drum, medicine instruments, crystal bowls, vocal free play & song, and a guided dreaming journey of deep inner child insight.

Hi! I’m Elisha Xantaya from Wild Song. I am mystic and science nerd, an eternal student of life. My greatest joy is to be an instrument and conduit of natures divine expression through song writing, sound medicine, and as a bridge to share with others the remembering of our vibrational, powerfully creative, Universal nature.

My background in leadership development in the Military & immersion into Natural Medicines (including Bowen Therapy, Mindfulness, Sound Healing and Reiki Masters) is foundational to Wild Song, using vocal play, fascial intelligence, biofield science and energy ninjery to access free expression, radical self love & primal power.

Sophie has a huge collection of crystals that more than anything want to be used for healing purposes. She wears crystals, makes crystal aura mists and offers crystal healing using intuitive sound.
