Sun, 10 Aug, 3:30pm - 5pm NZST

Event description

Take time to settle and tune back into you in this harmonising, nourishing crystal sound bath, inspired by art, nature and colour, and this time of the Full Moon. Followed by a heart warming cup of ceremonial grade cacao or tea.

Sound Baths are known to be gently restorative and rejuvenating for the nervous system, mind and body.

These can be particularly healing, steadying and harmonising for the whole mind body system, especially beneficial for sensitive nervous systems and around times like these during the Full Moon or heightened energy awareness such as the current Lion’s Gate Portal 08/08.

✦ In collaboration with Wolfe and World

This special Sound Bath marks the conclusion of Wolfe and World’s Colour Your World exhibition—an exploration of wellbeing and nature through photography.

Surrounded by art that celebrates nature and it’s hidden colours and wonders, we’re invited to pause, reflect and tune into our own true nature and colours.

A heart harmonising space to tune in, nourish and resonate true to you.

Cosy space. Places limited to 11.

Please register in advance to reserve your place.

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where your mind and body can relax, unwind and restore as it is “bathed” in harmonising sound waves.

The pure tones and vibrations of quartz crystal sound bowls and pyramids create an immersive, resonant sound that fills the room, gently guiding your body into a state similar to deep meditation, REM sleep or craniosacral therapy. No effort is needed —just rest and receive.

Benefits may include:
• Reduced stress and tension
• Improved sleep, clarity and energy
• Emotional calm and creative insights
• A sense of deep peace and resonance

“Treat your mind and body with this harmonising space and time to tune back in to beautiful you.”

About Me

I’m a Craniosacral Osteopath, mind-body and energy practitioner, and I approach Sound Baths in the same way I do treatments

—providing a heart harmonising space for your system to gently settle, unwind, restore and renew.

Each session is attuned to the moment, the unique energy of the room and the individuals within it.
