An opportunity to give thanks for all that is and all that is to come, and let your mind and body relax, restore and replenish in the harmonising sound waves created in the intuitive playing of 7 Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls.

Similar in effect to a deep treatment or deep meditation and more, you can relax, tune back into you, and let your system plug in and recharge, letting everything harmonise on a physical, emotional, mental and energetic level.

So you can feel recharged, refreshed and renewed.

THE EVENING:

7:30-7:45pm: Gather and settle.

7:45pm: Mind-Body Connecting Meditation leading seamlessly into the playing of the harmonising Crystal Sound Bowls for 30-40 minutes.
You are free to lay down, sit on a chair or be in whatever position feels most comfortable for you. You are also free to adjust or move during this time of you feel called to although most people enjoy the time to be still and some fall asleep which is totally perfect too (your mind and body still receives all it needs as this works on a cellular level).

8:30-8:45pm: Short meditation to conclude the Sound Bath by 8:45pm.

WHAT TO BRING:

* Cushion or pillow for your head

* Blanket to keep you comfortable and relaxed during your Sound Bath

* Water or beverage of choice for hydration on your way home.

Your cells are in reset and renew mode during and after a Sound Bath, just as they are during and after any body treatment, so hydration and nourishment afterwards are key.

* Wear comfortable clothing and bring a jumper and maybe socks if your feet get cold

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where your mind and body can relax, unwind and restore itself as it is “bathed” in harmonising sound waves.

The sound produced by the pure quartz crystal sound bowls creates an immersive sound that fills the room.

The felt vibrations of these “singing” bowls can settle, harmonise, heal and restore your mind and body, without you needing to actively “do” anything but take time for yourself and relax.

Similar in state to a deep meditation, REM sleep or a craniosacral treatment, you will be invited to make yourself comfortable, either laying down or in whatever position feels comfortable and supportive for your body.

With a background in craniosacral osteopathy, mind-body medicine and energy flows, I love co-creating harmonising, beautiful spaces and experiences for the body to be in optimal states to return to restoration, ease and flow.

So that long standing stresses and strains, on any level, physical, mental, or emotional, can more comfortably dissolve and resolve, and clear, new insights, awarenesses and flow can more freely come in and flow.
