Crystal Sound Bath - Drift into Inner Stillness

A chance to restore balance and move into the week with a more grounded nervous system. Crystal sound bowls create vibrations that help quiet the mind and encourage a more relaxed, focused state. Particularly helpful if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, it offers a space to restore balance across body and mind; physically relaxed, emotionally steadier, with everything flowing a little easier.

On arrival, we’ll take time to settle into the space before the session begins. You’ll be invited to get comfortable lying down with blankets, pillows, and eye masks. These items are available for you, but you’re welcome to bring your own favourites if that feels more supportive.

You will then be guided through a sound journey using crystal sound bowls, chimes, and an ocean drum.

Crystal sound bowls use vibration to guide the body into a parasympathetic state, allowing for deep relaxation. Brainwave patterns can slow into the theta range, where the mind becomes quieter and more dreamlike, enabling access to greater creativity and insight.

We’ll close the session gently, allowing space to return slowly to the room before moving back into the day.

Sound healing is generally gentle, but it’s not a medical treatment. It may not be suitable for everyone, especially if you have certain health conditions.

This session isn’t for you if you:

• Have sound-induced epilepsy
• Are in your first trimester of pregnancy
• Are experiencing acute or severe mental health challenges (like active psychosis)

Please check in with your doctor before booking if you:

• Have a pacemaker, deep brain stimulator, stent, shunt, or other electronic or metal implant
• Have recently had surgery or are still healing from any kind of wound
• Have a serious heart condition (like arrhythmias or artificial valves)
