An opportunity to let your mind and body relax, restore and recharge in the harmonising sound waves of 7 Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls and pyramids.

Similar in effect to a deep treatment or meditation, this is a time where you can re-centre and let your mind-body system harmonise on a physical, mental, emotional and energetic level.

Particularly at this time coming up to a full moon, feel replenished, re-centred and renewed.

I blend in principles from my experience in craniosacral treatments, mind-body healing and harmonising energy flows and love seeing how each experience gets co-created unique to who is present and the time.

THE EVENING:

7:15-7:30pm: Gather, settle.

7:30pm: Brief Intro followed by a Mind-Body Meditation leading seamlessly into the playing of the harmonising Crystal Sound Bowls for 30-45 minutes.
You are free to lay down, sit on a chair or be in whatever position feels most comfortable for you.
Mostly people enjoy the time to be still and some fall asleep which is totally perfect too (your mind and body still receives all it needs as this works on a cellular level), you are also free to adjust or move during this time if your body needs you to.

8:30pm Sound Bath concludes with a short meditation to bring you gently back.

WHAT TO BRING:

* Yoga Mat

* Cushion or pillow for your head

* Blanket to keep you comfortable and relaxed during your Sound Bath. Maybe a light one during these summer months.

* Water or beverage of choice for hydration on your way home. Your cells are in reset and renew mode during and after a Sound Bath, just as they are during and after any body treatment, so hydration and nourishment afterwards are key.

* Wear comfortable clothing and bring a light jumper and maybe socks if your feet get cold

I have a few spare yoga mats, blankets and cushions, just let me know if you’d like to borrow some.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A sound bath is similar to a meditation experience where your mind and body can relax, unwind and restore itself as it is “bathed” in harmonising sound waves.

The sound produced by the pure quartz crystal sound bowls creates an immersive sound that fills the room.

The vibrations of these “singing” bowls can be felt in the body and can settle, harmonise, heal and restore at a cellular level without you needing to actively “do” anything but take time for yourself and relax.
