We welcome you every Wednesday evening for a beautifully gentle journey of frequency, which is felt deep within your cells, activating cellular coherence, and calming your nervous system.

Relax and unwind, as your mind, body and soul are immersed with a ceremonial cacao ceremony and an hour of sound meditation in a safe, non-judgmental, welcoming space. It's so important to create stillness in our busy lives to give our nervous system a rest and a chance to recalibrate. To experience even more self-discovery, healing and magic we integrate a ceremonial grade cacao ceremony to round, set intention. Ceremonial Cacao opens the heart up to 20%, it is a forgiving, aligning, honouring and deeply transformational journey for you mind, body and soul.

Sound healing is one of the most gentle, proven ways to help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, by using sound frequencies to relax your nervous system, your body can enter its natural state of healing.
