Each journey unfolds differently. You may find yourself drifting weightlessly through clouds beneath endless skies, wandering through ancient forests filled with soft sunlight, resting beside quiet oceans, exploring hidden gardens, or travelling through landscapes created by your own imagination.

Alongside the sounds, a softly guided visualisation will invite you inward, allowing your mind to explore symbolic worlds. A place where thoughts can drift away, creativity can spark, and you can reconnect with yourself beneath the busyness of everyday life.

What to Expect

Think soft candlelit ambience, comfortable mats, blankets + yoga bolsters, and a space designed for you to fully unwind. You'll be invited to get comfortable lying down as you're guided through a meditative sound journey.

We'll close the session gently, leaving space to return slowly and integrate the experience before stepping back into the night.

How does this work?

Crystal bowls create resonant frequencies that ripple through the body. The repetitive, flowing nature of sound can help quiet the mind and support the nervous system in moving away from stress.

Brainwaves can move into slower alpha and theta states, associated with relaxation, imagination, creativity, and reflection.
