    What is CSECcon?

    CSECcon is a cybersecurity conference run by UTS:CSEC. We aim to introduce students from all areas to the information security industry through presentations, a conference-wide CTF, and a social environment where students can congregate with professionals and other students interested in cyber.

    CSECcon is an info-sec conference run by community members for community members. CSECcon is aimed primarily at tertiary students, however, we welcome any other students, as well as academics and professionals within the cybersecurity industry. If you are reading this, CSECcon is for you!

    Who is CSEC?

    The Cyber Security Society (CSEC) is a not-for-profit student-run initiative at the University of Technology Sydney. Our team is dedicated to bridging the gap between academia and industry by arming students with the practical skills necessary to launch their careers in information security.     Who is CSECcon for?

    CSECcon is an info-sec conference run by community members for community members. CSECcon is aimed primarily at tertiary students, however, we welcome academics and professionals within the cybersecurity industry. Speakers are more than encouraged to deliver presentations from all areas of cybersecurity, blue team or red team. If you are reading this, CSECcon is for you!


    What is the theme this year?

    Last year we chose the theme 'INTO THE BREACH inspired by the increased amount of data breaches that have been emerging in the last 12 months. This year we have chosen 'SURVIVING THE CYBERVERSE' to showcase the vastness of the cybersecurity industry.
