If you are Non-Binary, Trans and/or Gender Non-Conforming and want to share your experiences, feelings, fears, hopes and desires this may well be the space for you.

You can also attend online at the same event if you wish. If you'd like this option please drop us a DM and we will send you the zoom link.

When attending you will be in a group non bigger than 10 people. It will be facilitated by someone from within the community.

We start by making an acknowledgement of country and introducing the ground rules of the circle.

The Ground Rules:

- When others are sharing please remain silent, that includes Hmmm's and arrrr's. We like to make sure the person sharing can do so to their full extent.

- Once you have shared please let the group know what you would like. Do you want to hear about shared experiences, advice, guidance, validation or do you want to just share and move on to the next person. You are in control to the types of responses you receive.

- When responding to someone who has shared, please don't ask direct questions. Stick to what has been requested.

- Confidentially. The most important part of the circle is that it remains confidential. We ask that if you are effected by anything that was shared during the circle that you speak to the facilitator, if you feel comfortable. If you do not feel comfortable speaking to the facilitator then please do speak about how you feel with someone. We ask that you keep it to just one person and do not use names of the people in the circle. We acknowledge that sharing difficult conversations is an important part of debriefing but we want to safeguard the people within the circle.
