The Chicago Tabletop Gaming Association is coordinating a charter bus to bring tabletop gaming enthusiasts from Chicago to Madison Wisconsin in time for GameholeCon 2026!

This is our second time coordinating a charter bus to a large, regional convention—for Gen Con 2026 we brought 23 people down to Indianapolis (and back!) and now we have our sights set on Madison for GameHole Con!

If you are interested in joining us, feel free to purchase a ticket (while seats last!) and join us for the ride!

What's the proposed itinerary?
Please ensure you arrive at the our designated pick-up locations on time as a show of respect to your fellow riders who are also paying for this service.

Note: Given that our passenger arrival time is during rush hour, please factor ample time into your travel journey. We suggest departing earlier than you think necessary.

Trip 1: Chicago to Madison Wisconsin Wednesday, October 14th, passengers arrive at 6:00pm.

Dropoff at: Alliant Energy Center, Exhibition Hall, 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way, Madison, WI 53713

Trip 2: Madison Wisconsin to Chicago Sunday, October 18th, passengers arrive at 4:30pm.

Pickup at: Alliant Energy Center, Exhibition Hall, 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way, Madison, WI 53713.

Dropoff at: WeWork Office Space & Coworking, 625 W Adams St, Chicago, IL 60661

*Please note—participants will be contacted via Discord with specific pick-up location details at the address provided on the day of pick-up—you will be asked to provide your Discord handle below and CTGA will add you to a private channel for bus participants.

Will we be making any stops before reaching Madison? Currently there are no plans to stop.

Who is the operating bus company? To be determined! We are shopping around for the best deal!

Is the bus ADA accessible? The current charter bus we are looking at is not ADA Accessible.
