CTO-A Positive Approach to Training Online Nov 2026

In this 8-hour online course, public safety trainers will learn how to embrace the challenge of staying positive while training and working with others. Students will gain a deeper understanding of crucial communication components, workplace relationships, and proven techniques to mitigate workplace bullying and undermining. This course also covers student leadership skills and working with organizational leaders for better outcomes. During this course, students will also explore the concepts of active listening, growth mindsets, self-awareness, and stress management.

This course includes how to:

• Have difficult conversations

• Behaviors that hinder learning and cohesive workplaces

• Maintaining a positive approach to problem-solving

• Undermining

• Workplace bullying

• Gossip
