Overview:

Walking the Boundaries

Walking the Boundaries is a reflective and practical tool that helps individuals explore the personal, professional, and organisational boundaries that influence their wellbeing and effectiveness. Through guided discussion and self-awareness activities, participants explore ethical decision making and identify where boundaries are working well, where they may need strengthening, and how healthy boundaries can support resilience, healthy relationships, and sustainable work practices.

Choosing Strengths

Choosing Strengths, as the title suggests, is a strengths-based resource designed to help individuals recognise, appreciate, and intentionally use their unique strengths in everyday life and work. Participants explore what energises them, discover how their strengths contribute to success and wellbeing, and learn practical ways to leverage these strengths to build confidence, enhance performance, and support positive outcomes.

Why we combined these card sets:

Combining the powerful questions of Walking the Boundaries with the timely reminders of Choosing Strengths provides a unique approach to everyday, ethical decision making and how applying our strengths and potential to situations can lead us to make healthy and informed decisions.

Knowing your strengths, while honouring your boundaries not only builds resilience and personal wellbeing, but allows you to thrive and have longevity in the valuable work you do with others.

Why we use two very different card sets in practice?

Because it's not enough to know what you're good at, or the strengths you bring to your roles—you also need to know what keeps you healthy and feeling safe.

What to expect:

A 30-minute session that explores ways to integrate Choosing Strengths and Walking the Boundaries in a variety of settings, situations and professional practices.
