Desperate to do some shredding? You’d better stop searching cause we’ve got you sussed with CUBA’s annual Learn To Surf out on the Sumner Bar.
We’ve teamed up with the Stoked Surf School to bring you a day full of froth for all those fresh to the water. We’ll hook you up with a crew of 75 other first-timers who’re all keen on having a good laugh at themselves, as well as the lads and lasses from the CUBA exec to lend a hand.
CUBA’s sussed the perfect opportunity for you kooks this coming Friday, if you have a car meet us out there and if not, all you need to do is drag your amateur-selves down to the Foundry where rides will be provided. A setup of such convenience, it’d be a crime to pass up.
We’ll have all you need sussed with boards, snags and full wetties supplied, it’s a combo that’ll have you eating foam till the day is done.
Tickets are $25 per person, with two separate session times:
Morning session (10am-12pm) - 25 slots
Afternoon session (12:30pm-2:30pm) - 25 slots for the dusty souls.
With two rounds of pearler barrels to be taken advantage of we can’t wait to see some fresh faces getting amongst the spray this weekend.
