Four days dedicated to resetting mind and body, right in the middle of the working week.

10 am - 2 pm Cuddle Farm

Take a moment out of your workday to reconnect — with nature, and with yourself. Head down to the Cuddle Farm for some quiet time with friendly farm animals, a simple reminder to slow down, breathe and be present. A gentle, feel-good break for the mind, wherever you are in your day.

Yoga Stillness Within — guided practice exploring how mindfulness and movement improve focus, mood and resilience during the working day.

Keynote: Managing Burnout at Work — an expert speaker on spotting the signs of burnout and building sustainable habits, for yourself and your business.

Coffee Rave — an early jolt of energy: good coffee, good music, a proper wake-up call.

Cuddle Farm — meet and connect with farm animals for a moment of pure, simple calm

The Salad Bar — mindful gardening to slow down, connect with nature and recharge.
