Cuddle Gathering
Event description
Human beings are hard-wired for connection. Although touch is a basic human need, few of us experience enough loving, safe touch in our daily lives. A cuddle gathering is an opportunity to connect with yourself and others in a safe, facilitator led space. All touch is optional, consensual and non-sexual.
Cuddle gatherings teach skills in communication, embodied consent, relaxation and somatic awareness. They are opportunities to experience loving, platonic touch free from of expectations.

Details:
Event runs for 2 ½ hours
Doors open: 11:15am
Event begins with opening circle: 11:30am
Doors are closed: 11:35am no late arrivals are permitted to enter
Closing circle: 1:30pm
Event ends: 2pm
What to wear and bring:
- Comfortable clothes in which you can move with ease.
- A water bottle
- An open mind
