Meals:

*DINNER ON FRIDAY NIGHT IS PROVIDED*

You will be assigned a meal team two weeks prior to arrival. Contact information for your teammates will be provided in order to coordinate, plan, and execute one meal during the retreat. Meals will be planned with dietary restrictions and requirements in mind. For those of you who find this a daunting task (as Shazz does), Kathleen is lovingly and generously offering her support around menu options and logistics (thank you, Kathleen! :-).

There will be two meals a day on Saturday and Sunday, brunch and dinner, and a simple breakfast on Monday morning.

You are invited to bring snacks for yourself and to share with others! :-)

Accommodations:

*no matter where you are sleeping, all bathrooms will be shared; if you are camping indoors, there is a toilet in the facility and showers are in the neighboring guest house

BIOS:

Kathleen is an early childhood educator and yoga instructor who found Cuddle Party™ through her dear friend Shazz. Her favorite Cuddle Party™ agreement (“You are encouraged to change your mind.") brought a profound perspective shift as she navigated big life changes. The practice of asking for what she wants continues to challenge and inspire her to communicate her needs. She has found immense joy and connection in hosting Cuddle Parties™, in collaboration with Shazz, and is excited to create this experience for you.

Shazz Is a Certified Cuddle Party™ Facilitator who comes to the world of consent, conscious communication, and touch-based needs with passion, deep gratitude, and endless curiosity. Her committed disciplines of Yoga, Reiki, and NVC (Nonviolent Communication) have guided her path to this community where she has experienced and witnessed deep growth and transformation through the practices of radical self-awareness, self-responsibility, and self-love.
