Cultivating Beloved Community Through Creative Expression
Description
Cultivating Beloved Community Through Creative Expression a Heal Your Way Forward Meetup
Join Heal Your Way Forward for a day of building the Beloved Community together, an idea evangelized by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. where everyone is cared for. We'll connect to the self as well as the whole through creative expression and the making of mosaic mandalas. Expect rich conversation that includes authentic relating games and self-connection prompts that connect to what is alive in you and each other.
Flow to expect:

somatic warm up
authentic relating game
mosaic activity
somatic cool down

The main entrance is up a flight of stairs, but the class event will take place on the lower level, which is accessible through the parking lot for anyone using a wheelchair or with mobility needs (where you will call the studio 651-645-6600 from the parking lot to be let in).
