A weekend of meditation, movement, vinyasa, yoga nidra (yogic sleep), divine food and gorgeous company to help heal your nervous system.

Sometimes in life we need to slow down to find perspective, to remember who we truly are. Immersed in the beauty of the Dwellingup forest, practice in a open air yoga shala with experienced teachers to remember your wholeness.

Who is this retreat for? Anyone who is ready to slow down, to understand the power of breath and movement to heal and to find a community to take the journey with. Come, let us take care of you. All you need to do is show up, any age, any background, any experience level with yoga.
