You are invited to gather with me as we cultivate authentic connections and engage in enriching discussions over a delicious meal.

Cultivating Connections gatherings are sacred spaces of safety and trust, crafted and thoughtfully curated to provide women the opportunity to connect authentically and vulnerably in an emotionally safe space. Honouring the sensitive, empathic, introverted and neurodiverse souls amongst us a maximum of 8 women will be in attendance. Women of all ages, life stages and cultural backgrounds are welcome to attend.

Cost
Your ticket fee ($5-7) covers the event planning and organisation.
Meal purchases are your responsibility and range between $15-30 with an average meal cost of under $25.

About Your Host
I am a soul healer, educator and creative and utilise an intuitive and embodied approach when guiding people in their healing journey of mind, body, soul and spirit wellness. Soul healing is my passion, and nothing brings me more joy than guiding women in therapeutic practices, and witnessing the transformation that occurs when they feel seen, heard & held. I mentor women in the area of emotional and spiritual growth hosting women’s circles, retreats and socials gatherings and also offer 1-1 mentoring. I am a trauma informed practitioner and have 20 years of experience working in both the education and community sectors.
