Cultivating Gratitude: a potent practice of purpose
Event description
Cultivating Gratitude
Sacred Centre, Kangaroo Grounds
Saturday • 10:30 am – 2 pm
Open to all over 21 years
“Gratitude is a practice of returning to the present moment and saying yes to life as it is.” — Tara Brach
The Invitation
Gratitude is more than a passing feeling—it is a way of seeing, a state of consciousness that turns the heart toward light. To practice gratitude is to soften into presence, to notice what is already whole, and to invite renewal from within. As Tara Brach reminds us, “The boundary to what we can receive is often the boundary to what we are willing to notice.”
When we give thanks, we open pathways in the mind, body, and soul—creating coherence, deepening empathy, and awakening a sense of belonging to life itself
