CULTIVATING INNER FREEDOM - ENGAGING VSION - A POWERFUL CALLING

Using the learnable skills of Nonviolent Communication with Certified trainer Kate Raffin. 

Sat 8th + Sun 9th Feb 2025,   9.30 am - 5.30pm both days. 

This dynamic training we will use real life examples to explore how we can:

• Dare to dream and be vision driven - the most powerful quality of all nonviolent people led living and change
• Increase our capacity to engage effectively with others around a shared purpose
• Co-create practices that support us to celebrate, mourn and learn from everything that happens as a way to maintain healthy digestion of all that happens in our lives
• Cut the exhausting guesswork by attending to what will really make a difference
• Transform patterns of separation, scarcity and powerlessness into TOGETHERNESS, CHOICE + FLOW
• Stay open, curious and effective when tension arises
• Be in the world with nothing to hide
• Create the support we need to sustain ourselves while attending to what truly matters
• Contribute to others well-being while simultaneously attending to ours
• Maximise readiness to respond to all of life - no matter how it shows up
• Become a valuable resource for our important relationships - by choice
