Event description
Celebrate Diversity and challenge your perspectives during Cultural Diversity Week (18-24 March) – Victoria’s largest multicultural celebration!
The workshops aim to enhance our understanding and awareness of Unconscious Bias and its impact on individuals and the community. Through a range of interactive discussions, case studies and self-reflections, the session will focus on drawing on people’s personal values, stories, and experiences to gain a more in-depth understanding of what bias means and how it manifests itself in our everyday interactions with others in the community.
